June 25, 20072007 WSOP Event #37 ResultsEvent #37, a $2000 Pot Limit Texas Holdem tournament was won by Greg Hopkins, taking home the bracelet and $269,274. Jason Newburger took home second place and $165,797. Event #38, a $1500 No Limit Texas Holdem tournament was down to ten players, playing down to the final 9 before play is halted. Event #39, the $50,000 World Championship H.O.R.S.E tournament started with 148 players, and play stopped for the night with 127 remaining. Eli Elezra is the chip leader after 18 levels of play. Event #40, a $1500 Mixed Texas Holdem ( limit/No Limit ) tournament started play with 620 players, and play ended for the night with 125 remaining. Only 63 make the money, and play will resume today to determine the final table of 9. Two events are set to begin today..... Event #41, a $1000 World Championship Seniors Texas Holdem tournament, and Event #42, a $1500 Pot Limit Omaha High-Low 8/OB tournament....
